• The Skinora app version you are using.
• Whether the issue relates to subscriptions, analysis, saved snapshots, location/climate, or a privacy request.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.

Photo analysis and climate

Live analysis requires photo permission or camera permission, plus clear face photos. Climate and UV context require optional location permission. For details about photo-analysis processing, face data, retention, and deletion controls, read the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.
